Vision for the Americas is a nonprofit organization that supports access to eye care and related health services for underserved people in Honduras. It focuses on assisting the Centro Cristiano de Servicios Humanitarios de Honduras clinic through funding special projects, acquiring medical and dental equipment, and helping with facility expansion.
The organization operates the Good Samaritan Fund, which supports outreach to under-resourced community members, schools, and institutions. Vision for the Americas also coordinates healthcare volunteers, including visiting ophthalmologists and other providers, to deliver specialized clinical and surgical services. In addition, it facilitates donations, manages fundraising campaigns, and distributes school supplies and other materials to children and local schools.
