Videolink2.me provides peer-to-peer video calls together with chat and screen sharing. It's based on WebRTC technology but switches to Flash when WebRTC is not supported.

"persistent" -- user can create his own persistent videolink (like this one https://videolink2.me/kooler) and receive calls there.
Persistent rooms also support video messages and social networks integration. So user can import his Google Contacts or Facebook friends and arrange video calls with them in couple of clicks.
