Vibrodent develops an anti-vibration polymer sleeve designed for dental and medical professionals who use handheld mechanical instruments. The sleeve uses a four-layer polymer structure to dampen vibrations from dental hand-pieces by about 40 percent or more. Its materials include disinfectable polyethylene and silicone-based layers with grooves
for lubricants, a vibration-absorbing cover, and a washable outer layer for added protection. The product is intended to provide a steadier grip during procedures and to reduce discomfort associated with hand-arm vibration exposure. It is reusable, lightweight, and designed for compatibility with existing dental tools. Vibrodent focuses on improving procedural accuracy and the working experience of dental personnel, as well as patient comfort during treatment.
