Upgrade Capital is a talent scout allowing investment firms to screen prospective hires based on in-depth analysis of performance records and investment research.
In Fall 2013, Upgrade Capital launched a six-month competition on its proprietary trading platform with support from Fortress Investment Group. The Fortress Global Macro University Challenge attracted over 1,300 students from 20 top US universities.
The firm also runs a semi-annual stock pitch competition in partnership with the Value Investing Congress.
