workforce development and skill-building programs in areas such as culinary arts, land stewardship, sustainable living, creative trades, and cooperative business development. It offers community living and housing support, helping partners design supportive residential environments and community structures. Unity Grove Cooperative also delivers consulting on community and cooperative development, grant writing and funding strategy, and uses storytelling, puppetry, murals, and healing space design to support emotional expression and restorative environments.
