Company Performance Metrics
The Master's Plan administers faith-based employer-sponsored retirement plans for churches, ministries, and Christian schools. The organization operates as a nonprofit ministry and third party administrator focused on non-ERISA 403(b)(7) arrangements for pastors, religious educators, and church staff. It designs, implements, and oversees
retirement plan structures that align with the governance needs of independent churches and other qualifying 501(c)(3) entities. The Master's Plan structures plans so that setup and core administrative fees are absorbed by its facilitating entity, enabling organizations to offer retirement benefits without additional plan administration costs. All plan assets are invested solely in the Timothy Plan mutual fund family, which applies screening criteria based on traditional biblical principles. Through this model, The Master’s Plan provides a turnkey platform for religious organizations to deliver retirement benefits that reflect their faith commitments.
