The Lowry Foundation preserves the legacy and spirit of Lowry and supports community life through cultural, educational, and historic programs. It owns and operates the historic Eisenhower Chapel, offering it as a rental venue for weddings, memorials, religious services, concerts, meetings, films, and community events. The organization runs
programs such as the Lowry Speaker Series, film screenings, concerts, and seasonal events that bring arts and cultural programming to residents. Through initiatives like the Starbright Fund and community grants, it directs funding to local projects in education, art, theater, and neighborhood events. The Lowry Foundation also coordinates volunteer service through the Silver Ropes Volunteer Corps and supports public art, reading gardens, and history-focused tours and activities that highlight Lowry’s Air Force heritage.
