The Lemonade Circle provides mentorship, educational programs, and empowerment events for young women of color, with a focus on Black girls from 5th grade and beyond. The organization offers Empowerment Circle events, STEM and career exploration activities, leadership training, and civic engagement opportunities. It runs mentorship programs
connecting participants with role models and provides access to educational resources such as scholarships and tutoring. The Lemonade Circle also organizes workshops, seminars, equine therapy and wellness activities, and personal development sessions that address identity, confidence, and resilience. Year-round initiatives include mental health boxes, Lemonade Care Bags, Black hair care drives, and book and literacy drives. The organization hosts fundraising events and sells branded merchandise to support its programs and create additional opportunities for the girls it serves.
