The Keeter Center operates a hospitality and events facility that integrates lodging, dining, and meeting services. It offers guest accommodations through Mabee Lodge, along with Dobyns Dining Room, a farm-to-table restaurant featuring student-prepared meals, coffee, and bakery items. The Keeter Center provides event spaces and on-site catering for
conferences, corporate meetings, reunions, church groups, and private celebrations, as well as catering to-go options. Guests can order restaurant meals, baked goods, and specialty items for pickup, and purchase student-made products such as baked goods, fruit spreads, milled grains, and handcrafted gifts in the gift shop and online. The facility functions as a learning laboratory of College of the Ozarks’ work education program, with students staffing culinary, hospitality, and retail operations.
