Company Performance Metrics
The Irie Foundation supports at-risk youth through structured mentorship, cultural programs, and scholarship opportunities. The organization follows students from middle school through high school with the aim of encouraging high school graduation, pursuit of higher education, and personal development. Its Group Engagement and Mentoring (GEM)
program, delivered in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, provides curriculum-based activities in music and arts in a safe group environment. The Irie Foundation Impact Scholarship provides financial support to high school seniors for post-secondary education. The foundation also operates the Boogie Live Broadcast Studio, where students learn to report, create, edit, and distribute digital stories while collaborating with instructors and peers.
