The HOME Project is a non-profit organization that provides shelters and a holistic network of child protection services for unaccompanied refugee children in Greece. The organization offers safe accommodation through its homes and shelters, where children receive stability and structured daily care. Its services include mental health support,
education, legal assistance, and life skills development, delivered through individualized development plans. The HOME Project focuses on rescuing children from streets, camps, police stations and detention centers and transferring them into a protected environment. It supports children in overcoming trauma, rebuilding a sense of security, and accessing formal and non-formal education. The organization also works to facilitate social integration so that beneficiaries can progress toward independent adulthood and active citizenship. In addition, it engages volunteers, donors and partners to sustain and expand its child protection programs.
