The EmployAbility Project provides career preparation and employment services for underserved individuals and people with disabilities. The organization offers a structured process that includes initial screening, academic assessment, academic planning, mentoring, and internships aligned with each participant’s career goals. Its services cover
career assessment, educational advising, career coaching, job preparation, resume development, work readiness assessment, networking, and job search support. The EmployAbility Project collaborates with employers, educational institutions and government partners to create job tours, shadows, informational interviews and Business Advisory Council engagement. Specialized programs such as the Student Transition to Employment Program and the Veteran Transition to Employment Program deliver employer-driven training to support transitions into information technology and other in-demand fields.
