The Center develops methods, tools, benchmarks, and recommended practices that member companies can apply to improve operator decision making, safety, and environmental performance. It disseminates results through member meetings, teleconferences, webinars, publications, and a members-only website. Its work is intended for process plant owners, engineering and operations teams, and researchers focused on control room and field operator performance.
