The Cause Collective is a community organisation that focuses on transforming how community and public services are experienced by Pacific peoples and underserved communities. The organisation uses social innovation tools, critical and systems thinking, and cultural frameworks to understand complex problems and codesign, test, and prototype
solutions. It provides backbone services by coordinating stakeholders around shared goals, measurement, and evaluation. The Cause Collective delivers capability-building programmes and micro-credentialing for community providers, labour forces, and government agencies. It offers management and commissioning services including financial management, project coordination, facilitation, data and business analytics, and monitoring and evaluation. The organisation also manages grant-making initiatives and tells stories that support social change for Pacific youth and South Auckland communities.
