The Black Executive and Student Training Program operates a sponsor-driven initiative that pairs students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities with Black executives for structured mentoring and professional development. The organization places executive volunteers on campuses to share industry knowledge, insights, and experiences through
town halls, classroom conversations, and small-group engagement. It provides one-to-one mentoring and coaching to help students navigate the transition from college to career and build workplace readiness. The Black Executive and Student Training Program also runs networking and leadership activities and conference events that connect executives with each other and with students. Through these programs it supports student development and helps sponsor partners build recruitment pipelines for Black talent.
