and real-time reviews. It supports organisations with theory of change development, MEAL and MERL frameworks, evaluability mapping, and quality assurance. The Averment Group offers technical advisory partnerships from tendering through to contract delivery, as well as training and coaching to strengthen internal monitoring and evaluation capacity. It conducts applied and action research, develops data collection tools, and provides qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform evidence-based decision making. The firm also supports academic partnerships, guest lecturing, student supervision and module development, and facilitates stakeholder engagement strategies and participatory workshops.
