It grants adaptive gaming equipment, custom controllers, and assistive technologies at no cost to players, and
partners with hospitals and clinics through Powered by AbleGamers and Expansion Packs to support patients on-site. AbleGamers offers training and support to healthcare staff on best practices in adaptive gaming. It also collaborates with game developers and industry events to promote accessible game design and expand representation of players with disabilities. Through these programs, AbleGamers supports disabled people in accessing and enjoying video games as a social and recreational activity.
