The Abingdon Bridge provides free emotional and mental health support for young people aged 13 to 25. The charity offers confidential one-to-one counselling delivered by trained counsellors and therapists for a range of issues from stress to crisis. It runs group work programmes, including structured wellbeing groups for different age bands,
focused on themes such as anxiety, adapting to change, and building confidence and self-esteem. The Abingdon Bridge also delivers workshops, social connection groups, and a gym and sports programme including gym, football, boxing, and other physical activities. Through its Bridge 18-25 service, it offers tailored support for young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or not okay. The organisation additionally provides bespoke group packages to schools and other community groups.
