Tehama County Library provides public access to print and digital collections, including books, DVDs, audiobooks, and online databases. The library offers in-branch lending, research and reference support, public computers, and internet access. It provides Chromebooks and mobile hotspots for checkout, as well as law library access and historical
and photo archives. Tehama County Library runs programs such as story times, STEAM activities, arts events, and digital literacy workshops for children, teens, and adults. It also offers meeting and study rooms, a Retro Technology Lab, and a Zip Books program to obtain titles not currently in the collection. The library maintains extensive e-resources, including ebooks, streaming video, and news and learning tools accessible through its online catalog and partner platforms.
