Company Performance Metrics
Team Jak Foundation provides emotional, social and practical support to children and young people affected by cancer and related illnesses, as well as their families, friends, and those who are bereaved. The charity offers structured emotional support through counselling, music therapy, group sessions and age-appropriate programmes for children,
teenagers and young adults. It runs social activities and events at its Jak’s Den locations and pop-up sites, giving families and peers opportunities to connect and spend time together away from clinical settings. Practical assistance includes travel grants, help with schoolwork and tutoring, and support with day-to-day household tasks and family logistics. Team Jak Foundation also delivers hospital and school outreach, bereavement support including groups and retreats, and tailored services for siblings, friends and NHS staff involved in a child’s care. All services are provided free to users and are designed to be flexible and responsive to individual needs.
