TARGET NEL delivers education, employability, and community programmes for young people and adults. The organisation provides an EOTAS model offering project-based learning and functional skills in English and maths for learners who are not thriving in traditional school settings. It runs Train 2 Employ programmes for youth and adults that combine
safeguarding, first aid, health and safety, online CPD courses, and mentored volunteering to prepare participants for work with young people. TARGET NEL also offers environmental and wellbeing activities, including the Planet Protectors programme, which uses nature-based projects to build awareness of sustainability and personal wellbeing. Its services include support with job applications, CVs, and progression into roles in education, youth work, and related fields.
