Stiftung Wisli focuses on the social and vocational inclusion of people with mental health impairments through coordinated housing, work, and work integration services. The organization offers various assisted living arrangements, psychiatric home care and day structures to support everyday life skills. It provides protected and adapted workplaces
in areas such as gastronomy, bakery, gardening, maintenance, office services, creative workshops and bicycle services. Stiftung Wisli operates work integration programs like We-Care, Project Restwert, the office center and facility maintenance to prepare participants for reintegration into the primary labor market. The foundation also offers company services including catering, team events, facility and garden maintenance and administrative support. In addition, it runs training and internship programs in social work, social pedagogy, work education and psychology in cooperation with educational institutions.
