Stichting Fedra operates a group of regular primary schools and coordinates their educational provision. Fedra designs and delivers primary education focused on knowledge transfer, social skills, and individual development in a group-oriented setting. The organization supports teachers and school leaders through the Fedra Academie with in‑company
trainings, lectures, learning networks, and school-based training programs. It offers structured support for starting teachers, interns, and lateral entrants, including mentoring, staged practice, and a multi‑year development program. Fedra also develops internal professional learning communities and organization-wide projects to strengthen pedagogical and didactic practice. In addition, it provides internal staff programs such as FitEnFlexibel to support employee wellbeing and engagement.
