At Stewart School in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, students can graduate from the Cosmetology program in less than a year and graduate with actual experience in their craft.
Cosmetology, Nail Technology and Esthetics are some of the programs available at Stewart. Divided into lectures and actual clinical hours in the salon, Stewart’s curriculum gives
students both the theory and the practical knowledge and experience they need to become beauty professionals.
Stewart’s full-time program takes approximately 11 months to complete. However, part-time options are also available for those who are limited in their time and availability.
The school also provides job-search assistance and hosts presentations by local salon managers to help students build contacts while also learning from those in the industry.
School scholarships and other forms of financial aid, such as loans and grants, are awarded based on financial need and/or one’s academic record.
