only wealth and jobs, but grow and diversify the cultural and economic base of Northwest Pennsylvania.
StARTup operates in close cooperation with Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, a leading art and design university in the United States. It is also a member of the National Business Incubation Association, which is the world's leading organization in advancing business incubation and entrepreneurship.
