Starling Community Services is a not-for-profit health and social service organization that provides mental health, employment, and housing services for children, youth, adults, and families. The organization offers children’s mental health services, including assessment, day treatment, brief community mental health support, and youth programs such
as Safe Haven and Birchlands: Step Up Step Down. Its employment services support job seekers and workers with career planning, training, job search support, and employer connections, and assist employers with recruitment and access to funding programs. Starling Community Services also delivers housing services that help individuals and families find and maintain safe, stable housing, including housing stability coaching and supports for those at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Additional programs such as supervised access services and specialized camps complement its core service areas.
