The association offers social counseling, virtual support groups, and peer support led by people with epilepsy or their family members. It develops educational materials, web
articles, podcasts, webinars, and workshops for individuals, schools, employers, and professionals. Through the Epizóna program it addresses employment issues, workplace safety, and legal questions related to epilepsy. The organization also runs Aranžérie, a social enterprise flower studio that offers floristry services while creating jobs for people disadvantaged in the labor market. Společnost E promotes public awareness, reduces stigma and discrimination, and connects individuals, families, experts, institutions, and companies around epilepsy-related topics.
