Splash Projects develops and delivers experiential learning programmes that combine team development with social impact. The company works with businesses, business schools and other organisations whose staff or students design and build timber-based infrastructure for charities and community initiatives. Typical projects include playgrounds,
sensory gardens, outdoor classrooms, accessible seating areas and other community facilities. Splash Projects structures these builds as team challenges or leadership experiences that develop skills such as project management, communication, problem solving and collaboration. The resulting infrastructure is donated to not-for-profit organisations, schools and public sector partners to support their ongoing work.
