Siddhartha Foundation supports disadvantaged Tibetan and Nepalese children through education and welfare programmes. The organization funds and operates a residential school near Kathmandu that provides students with schooling, food, clothing, medical care and learning materials. Its educational approach includes modern academic subjects alongside
Nepali, Tibetan and English language instruction and cultural studies. Siddhartha Foundation raises funds internationally and channels donations to cover daily running costs, specialist teachers, improved health care, facilities upgrades and support for girls in the community. It also offers child sponsorship options that allow individual donors to contribute regularly to students’ living and education expenses. Through these activities, the foundation focuses on improving life chances for children from poor and refugee backgrounds.
