bottled at 43% ABV. Sharab Spirits also develops new products such as French oak–aged Patiala Peg, Himalayan rice vodka, and hard seltzers based on Indian flavors like Jaljeera and Shikanji. These spirits are intended for consumers seeking culturally rooted, spice-forward drinks for sipping or cocktails. Sales occur through the company’s own shop and partner liquor retailers in multiple Canadian provinces.
