School, 2021).
Traditional approaches perform well when diagnosing issues with an organisation’s culture and developing the values and culture needed for success. However, they struggle to implement the changes they know they need because of limitations of the available tools.
Micro-interactions, especially digital ones, are the real fabric of organisational culture. These ubiquitous, yet often overlooked, interactions are the key to culture change. With a longstanding passion for AI and in particular insights from his work in the van der Schaar Lab (a world-leading machine-learning Lab), Rashbass saw the potential for AI to help shape culture at scale. This insight led to the creation of ScultureAI, a company dedicated to transforming organisational culture from the bottom up.
