Sassaman is a management consulting firm that focuses on defending employers in OSHA citation cases. The firm represents employers at federal and state plan levels through citation contests, motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiation, witness preparation, and hearing representation. Sassaman also offers OSHA 10 and 30 hour courses for
general industry and construction delivered through classroom and mobile training formats. Additional services include environmental and occupational safety law education, periodic client bulletins on OSHA, MSHA and EPA developments, and participation in OSHA inspections when requested. Through its OSHA Update program, Sassaman organizes events and presentations on current issues in occupational and environmental safety and health for regulated employers and employees.
