Résid'up organizes and manages affordable shared housing for students and young adults. The association develops colocation-based housing offers with furnished apartments and rents adapted to limited student resources. It leases dwellings from social housing landlords and sublets them to young people, handling administrative and technical
rental management. Résid'up collaborates with higher education institutions, local organizations and social partners to recruit tenants and build colocations aligned with student needs. The organization also supports collective life through designated tenant managers and participation in solidarity projects such as KAPS. Its services aim to provide an accessible, structured living environment that supports study, mobility and community engagement.
