Rubix MEP provides mechanical, electrical, public health and energy consultancy services for building projects. The company delivers MEP engineering design from pre-planning and concept through detailed technical design, construction and handover. Its team works on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, power, drainage, and domestic
water systems, as well as building management and control systems. Rubix MEP offers energy consultancy focused on low-carbon and sustainable design, including planning energy statements, energy assessments, low-to-zero carbon feasibility studies and dynamic thermal simulation modelling. It also undertakes Building Regulations compliance work such as SBEM, BRUKL and SAP modelling and reporting. Additional services include MEP condition surveys, BIM Level 2 delivery, 3D coordination, commissioning support, site monitoring and technical advisory roles across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, defence, life sciences, residential, heritage and education.
