Reena is a non-profit organization that provides a range of supports for people with developmental disabilities and diverse abilities within a framework of Jewish culture and values. The organization offers residential group homes, supported independent living units, and specialized housing projects. It delivers respite programs, community
participation programs, and social programs that support inclusion through recreation, cultural activities, and faith-based programming. Reena also provides employment services, including job coaching and supported employment for job seekers and employers. Additional services include mental health and dual diagnosis supports, advocacy, counselling, training and professional development for staff and volunteers, and research and policy initiatives related to developmental services and housing.
