Reefers Technologies develops retrofit waste-heat recovery systems for diesel-powered fleets and equipment. The company’s engineered units capture exhaust heat from diesel engines and convert it into electricity to power refrigeration units, drum mixers, generators, and other auxiliary loads. Its solution is designed for Class 8 trucks, reefer
trailers, concrete mixers, and remote industrial and power applications where engines or generators run for long periods. Reefers Technologies also provides simulation tools that estimate diesel consumption, emissions and cost impacts for prospective fleet deployments. By replacing separate diesel-driven refrigeration or auxiliary systems with waste-heat-derived electricity, its offering reduces fuel use, CO₂ emissions, and idling-related operating costs.
