Redon Agglo is an intercommunal authority that delivers a broad range of public services and manages shared infrastructure for its member communes. It oversees economic development through business zones, support for entrepreneurs, and employment and inclusion schemes such as integration work sites. The authority manages waste collection and
treatment, water and sanitation projects, housing policy, and urban planning tools including local urban plans and development schemes. It runs or coordinates public transport, swimming pools, early childhood facilities, cultural and sports equipment, and tourism initiatives including outdoor and nature activities. Redon Agglo also develops programs in health, ageing, social action, and digital and energy transition to support residents, associations, and local stakeholders. All services are framed by annually voted budgets and deliberative bodies such as the community council, executive bureau, and thematic commissions.
