Red Sweater Project operates Mungere School and related programs to expand access to secondary education for children in rural East Africa. The organization establishes and runs a high school that offers classroom instruction alongside health care, school meals and a supportive learning environment. It provides student sponsorship opportunities to
help fund tuition, uniforms, textbooks and other learning resources. Red Sweater Project also coordinates long-term volunteer teaching and coaching roles that support local educators and enrich the curriculum. In addition, it manages ambassador and fundraising initiatives, campus visits and community events to sustain its educational programs. Its work emphasizes quality teaching, gender equality and responsible innovation within the school community.
