Reaching Higher Charity is a youth charity with a Christian ethos that serves young people by challenging them to be leaders of their own lives. It provides free in-person programmes focused on leadership training, employability support, life skills workshops, sports activities, and creative activities for ages 10 to 18. The organisation teaches
young people the value of transferable skills and helps them identify abilities developed through their lived experiences. Its trained youth workers and role models deliver mentoring, group sessions, and contextual youth work within schools and community spaces. Reaching Higher Charity also runs youth voice initiatives, including a youth advisory board and structured tools to capture and elevate young people’s perspectives to inform decisions and improve practice.
