Reach & Belong provides NDIS-funded and privately funded group activity programs for teenagers and adults with disabilities. The organisation delivers day programs, after school activities and holiday programs focused on social connection, community participation and independent living skills. Its activities include golf, cooking, art, music,
drama, gardening, sewing, yoga and social groups, as well as literacy, numeracy, computer skills, barista training and school leaver employment supports. Programs are structured in small groups with a high support worker to participant ratio and are designed to align with individual goals in participants’ NDIS plans. Reach & Belong also offers online cooking and other activities, and runs sessions across multiple community venues. Services are intended for participants with autism, intellectual, psychosocial, physical or acquired disabilities who seek skills development and social engagement.
