Rákoczi Foundation Inc. supports Hungarian culture and youth education through a range of programs and projects. The foundation organizes the Students Without Boundaries educational camp, which brings together high-school students from Canada, the United States and east-central Europe to explore history, culture and democratic values. It provides
Canadian and European scholarships for students studying Hungarian language, literature, arts, history and culture, and supports university conferences and related academic activities. The foundation conducts historical and educational initiatives such as the 1956 Oral History Project and the travelling Hungarian Exodus exhibit. It operates a hot lunch program for disadvantaged students in Transcarpathia, Ukraine during the school year. Additional activities include essay competitions, publications, commemorative events, and the Rakoczi Family Circle network that offers ongoing mentorship, retreats and community programs for past participants.
