QROS develops and supplies environmental analysis technology and related services for contaminated land, infrastructure, and waste management projects. The company designs and manufactures the QED Hydrocarbon Analyser, a solid-state micro-spectrometer used to identify and quantify petroleum hydrocarbons, BTEX, TPH, PAHs and related compounds in
soil and water. QROS also supplies Olympus Vanta XRF instruments and other methods for on-site measurement of heavy metals and inorganic contaminants such as sulphate, cyanide, ammonium and chloride. Its systems support contaminated land practitioners, highways engineers, regulators, and waste operators with rapid classification of excavated materials and waste streams. QROS offers on-site and laboratory analytical services, instrument hire, and technical support to integrate rapid management techniques into field investigations and remediation workflows.
