MARKED develops an integrated wayfinding system that supports safe urban cycling and active travel. Its core product blends a digital journey planner and routing
interface with colour-coded physical signage based on a subway-style representation of routes. MARKED also works on formatting and standardising active travel data so it can be shared with third-party navigation platforms and local mobility systems. The offering is used by cities, transport bodies, and other stakeholders seeking to map, sign, and communicate coherent active travel networks. Through project work, MARKED provides services in data analysis, network planning, and implementation of street-level wayfinding for everyday riders and new cyclists.
