One Eyed Spirits, founded in 2010, creates and nurtures brand ideas and searches ways to bring them to life. We love marrying spirits brands and pop culture, exploring and challenging category boundaries and conventions.
It all started with a little joke: if ron is the Spanish word for rum, then who is the most famous Ron in the world? Ron
Jeremy, obviously. We created Ron de Jeremy Rum which became a Top 10 trending rum in the world and was sold in 30 countries.
However, since June 2020, Ron Jeremy has been in jail facing serious charges and we were obliged to terminate our commercial agreement with him in August 2020. Continuing with the brand is not a morally sustainable option for us at One Eyed Spirits. The joke is over.
