McFadden's Movement is a nonprofit organization that supports mental health among athletes, starting at the grassroots level. The organization focuses on raising awareness and creating space for open conversations about mental health in sport through visits to minor sports teams and schools where founder Garrett McFadden shares his story. It
operates the MM27 Ambassadors and MM27 Ambassadors of the Game initiatives, which involve athletes and community members in sharing experiences and running fundraising campaigns. McFadden's Movement also organizes signature fundraising events such as the MM27 Celebrity Charity Classic golf tournament and an anniversary gala. Funds raised are donated to mental health resources and organizations, particularly those serving youth in sport and the wider community.
