Kodi Collective was based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company specialized in advertising and marketing. It provided digital printing solutions, creative production and imaging, and project management services.
In February 2024, CJK Group acquired Kodi Collective, marking a strategic expansion of its printing and marketing services portfolio.
Following the acquisition, Kodi Collective was fully separated into three distinct business units under the CJK Group umbrella:
Digital Lizard – Continuing as a leader in digital, on-demand printing, offering fast, flexible print solutions.
Continuum Marketing Services – Established as a dedicated partner for marketing execution and creative services, supporting brands with omnichannel production and execution.
Sheridan – Kodi Collective’s three offset printing plants were integrated into Sheridan, CJK Group’s nationally recognized printing brand, strengthening its production capacity and reach.
As a result of this transition, Kodi Collective no longer exists today as a brand. Its services and operations now live on through Digital Lizard, Continuum Marketing Services, and Sheridan—each aligned to better serve customers with specialized expertise and expanded capabilities.
