Innopsis is a nonprofit industry association that works on behalf of suppliers of digital infrastructure and services to the UK public sector. It facilitates industry–government engagement on telecommunications and networking programmes such as the Public Services Network, the Health and Social Care Network and Internet First. Innopsis supports the
design and consultation of public procurement frameworks, including Network Services and Mobile Voice and Data, to align service requirements with supplier capabilities. The association provides pre-market engagement services for public bodies, helping them test and refine commercial, technical and service models. It offers member services including access to a content library, industry roundtables and events focused on public sector networking and digital services. Through these activities, Innopsis helps clarify standards, obligations and procurement approaches for network and IT services used across public sector organisations.
