staff. Organisation led initiatives are failing and engagement from those affected is poor.
Healthy Hero is aiming to become the leading, employee led health and well-being platform for healthcare staff. Through the development of our employee facing platform, we help healthcare staff actively engage in their own health and well-being, whilst providing us with data that supports the development of systems that will help organisations improve their staff retention figures and reduce staff sickness.
