Foundry Living designs and manufactures park homes, holiday lodges, modular houses, and commercial buildings using structural insulated panel construction. The company produces BS3632-compliant residential and leisure homes, single and twin units, and custom models such as its Elements Collection for park and private land use. It also develops
permanent modular buildings to building regulation standards for residential, hospitality, office, retail, and other commercial applications. All structures are factory-built with SIPs and steel frameworks to provide thermal performance, airtightness, and reduced onsite build time. Foundry Living works with park owners, developers, and individual buyers, offering preset designs that can be tailored in layout, finishes, and specifications, as well as fully bespoke projects supported by in-house design and CGI services.
