Carleton Student Engineering Society is a non-profit student government organization that serves undergraduate engineering students. It provides academic support through an exam library, printing, textbook trade, publications, and an equipment loan program for technical and event-related gear. The society offers professional development by
coordinating competitions, networking opportunities, and support for affiliated engineering clubs and student groups. It organizes a wide range of social programs, including intramural sports, semi-formal and formal events, gaming marathons, charity initiatives, and other community-building activities. The organization also operates Leonardo’s Lounge and a merchandise store as student-run retail services. In addition, it administers funding and resource programs for student projects and manages feedback and accountability mechanisms to represent student interests within engineering governance structures.
